Tips to break up your step count:
🌥️Morning Start- Take a 15-20 minutes walk right after waking up or before work to get a fast head start
🍽️Post-meal strolls- Walk for 10 minutes after meal (breakfast/lunch/dinner) to aid digestion and rack up easy steps
👩‍💻Hourly movement- Set a reminder to stand up and walk around your home or office for about 5 minutes every hour
