1. 您需要一个舒适的环境来养老。
1. Adopted through the safety testing of homes for the elderly, was rated
as suitable for admission to nursing homes. （Compulsory）

3. 健康欠佳，自身照顾及起居生活方面需要我们来提供协助。
3. Poor health, self-care and living in needs of our help to provide


assistance.

4.可以利用步行辅助器或轮椅行动。
4. Able to use walking aids or wheelchair for daily activity.

5. 需要我们的协助来帮忙老人家们度过幸福安老的晚年。
5. In need of our help, to help the elderly through the happy old age.
