Joined the morning fun walk for World Blood Donor Day organised by MMA Melaka & JKN, officiated by TYT Yang Di-Pertua Negeri Melaka. This year’s theme, "Setitis Darah Demi Kemanusiaan, Derma Darah, Selamatkan Nyawa", says it all. 🩸

​Right after, headed over to give a health talk on "Understanding Colorectal & A**l Diseases" for the TM team, supported by Oriental Melaka Straits Medical Centre. 🩺

Hari ini sempat borak-borak dan bersesi Meet & Greet dengan kawan- kawan ejen insurans dari Great Eastern. Bila doktor dan ejen duduk berbincang macam ni, barulah kita dapat mudahkan urusan pesakit. Komunikasi pun lebih lancar, dan journey pesakit jadi lebih smooth. Terbaik marketing team hospital aturkan sesi sembang-sembang macam ni! 🤝🏥

“Doktor, dulu saya pernah ada bisul dekat di punggung. Tak jumpa doktor, cuma ambil antibiotik sendiri dan dia pecah sendiri. Tapi sejak tu, asyik ada lubang kecil kat tepi ni. Kadang-kadang keluar angin, keluar lendir. Apa benda ni?”

Ini adalah antara aduan yang sangat kerap saya dengar di klinik.

While driving today, a few mosquitoes managed to slip in during that brief moment the door was open as I left the hospital. 🦟

They are tiny, yet incredibly distracting, buzzing around your ears, glancing through your vision. It is a true test of composure. Taking your hands off the wheel or your eyes off the road can lead to a disaster.

The priority remains: Stay focused on the road.

In life, we often face these "mosquitoes." Small issues, petty distractions, or negative people trying to break our concentration. Stay focused on what truly matters.

Give the task at hand your 200% focus and leave the "mosquitoes" trapped in the car. Eventually, the extreme heat will take care of them.
