Hemorrhoids are common, but re**al bleeding is not always caused by hemorrhoids. 🩸
Constipation, straining during bowel movements, prolonged sitting, pregnancy, and increasing age may increase the risk of hemorrhoids.
Eating more dietary fibre, drinking adequate water, and avoiding sitting on the toilet for too long may help reduce hemorrhoid related discomfort.
If re**al bleeding is persistent or keeps recurring, it is recommended to consult a doctor for evaluation.

Feeling dizzy the moment you lie down?
Does the whole room seem to spin when you turn over in bed?
It may not be low blood pressure or anemia. Sometimes, it could be Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), also known as ear crystals (otoconia) disorder.
BPPV is one of the most common causes of vertigo. It occurs when tiny calcium carbonate crystals (otoconia) in the inner ear become dislodged and move into one of the semicircular canals. When you change the position of your head, these crystals stimulate the balance organs in the inner ear, causing brief but intense episodes of spinning dizziness (vertigo).
