作为一名中医师，我主要帮助有“成为妈妈”梦想的女性，一步一步走向怀孕的那一天。

🌿 When your period suddenly becomes irregular,
is your first reaction to worry that something is wrong with your body?
But sometimes,what really changes your cycle
is the stress you’ve quietly been holding in.

Being so busy that you don’t have time to sit down for a proper meal.
Feeling exhausted, yet still unable to sleep at night.
Staying emotionally tense, while telling yourself, “Just push through a little more.”

Your body remembers.

Under prolonged tension and pressure,your period may come later or earlier,the flow may change,or it may even stop temporarily.

From a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective,
stress can disrupt the smooth flow of Qi,
which in turn affects blood circulation and naturally, menstrual patterns begin to change.

So sometimes, your period isn’t “failing.”
It’s gently reminding you maybe it’s time to slow down and be kinder to yourself.

🌱 If irregular cycles persist or are accompanied by significant discomfort,it is advisable to seek a tcm physician to find the most suitable way to restore balance.

🌿 当月经突然变得不规律，你第一时间会不会担心身体出了问题？

但有时候，真正影响月经的，是那些你一直默默承受的压力。忙到没时间好好吃一顿饭，累了一整天却还是睡不好，情绪一直紧绷，却对自己说：“再撑一下就好。”

其实，你的身体都记得。

当长期处在压力与紧张之中，月经可能推迟、提早，经量改变，甚至暂时不来。

从中医角度来看，压力容易导致气机不畅，进而影响气血运行，月经也就随之失去原有的节律。

所以有时候，月经并不是在“出问题”，而是在温柔地提醒你也许该慢一点，好好照顾自己了。

🌿 Why Not Everyone needs tonics
Many people assume that feeling tired, looking pale, or falling sick easily means they need tonics.
However, from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective, not all discomfort or fatigue should be treated with tonifying.
Some fatigue may be due to deficiency, while others may be related to stagnation, dampness, or internal heat.
Taking tonics without proper assessment may sometimes lead to increased tiredness, heatiness, poor sleep, or digestive discomfort.
Traditional Chinese Medicine emphasises individualized treatment based on body constitution and current condition.
Sometimes, the body does not need more tonification — it needs better regulation and balance.
As the body regains balance, many symptoms may improve naturally.
🌱 If you often feel tired, experience irregular menstruation, or have poor sleep,
it may be helpful to seek professional assessment before taking tonics.
It’s not about tonifying more —
it’s about tonifying right.

🌿 为什么不是所有人都适合补？
很多人一觉得疲倦、气色不好，或容易生病，第一反应就是：
“我要补一补。”
但从中医的角度来看，
并不是所有身体不舒服的状态，都适合用“补”的方式来调理。
有些疲倦可能来自气虚；
有些却可能是因为气滞、湿重，甚至体内偏热。
如果在还没有分辨体质的情况下盲目进补，
反而可能让身体更疲累、容易上火、睡眠变差或消化不适。
中医讲究「辨证论治」，
也就是根据每个人当下的体质状态与整体情况，
来选择最适合的调理方向。
有时候，身体需要的不是补，而是疏通；
不是增加，而是调整。
当身体逐渐恢复协调运作，
许多不适也会自然改善。
🌱 如果你经常感到疲倦、月经不规律或睡眠不好，
与其自行进补，不如先让医师了解你的情况，
再选择真正适合你的调理方式。
身体不是越补越好，
而是越「对」越好。

Good Pregnancy News ✨

The patient previously experienced a miscarriage and later faced difficulty conceiving. She eventually proceeded with IVF treatment and came to Yuan Ming TCM for support to help prepare her body during the process.

With a period of TCM treatment, including herbal medicine and acupuncture, the focus was on regulating the body, improving circulation, and creating a healthier internal environment for conception. During the egg retrieval stage, she was able to obtain good egg quality, providing a positive foundation for embryo development.

Eventually, the embryo successfully implanted, bringing the long-awaited good news.

The journey to parenthood is often not an easy one. We are grateful to be part of her journey and wish her a smooth and healthy pregnancy ahead. 🤍

患者曾经历一次流产，之后备孕多时却始终未能顺利怀孕，因此选择进行 IVF（试管婴儿） 治疗。期间来到圆明中医寻求调理，希望在进入疗程时让身体处于更理想的状态。

Good News on the Way ❤️

After trying to conceive naturally for many years without success, this patient proceeded with IVF treatment. Unfortunately, her first embryo transfer was unsuccessful.

She later sought treatment at Yuan Ming TCM, hoping to improve her body condition through Traditional Chinese Medicine before attempting another transfer. With consistent herbal medication and acupuncture treatments, her body gradually improved.

During the second embryo transfer, she finally received the wonderful news ,a successful pregnancy.

Every fertility journey requires patience and perseverance. We are grateful to be part of her journey and sincerely wish her a smooth and healthy pregnancy ahead.
