Walaupun penglihatan bagus, tetapi ada bengkak kelopak mata yang semakin besar mesti mendapatkan rawatan pakar. Pesakit ini dari Sipitang dah ada bengkak hampir setahun.
Yang paling risau adalah tumor tetapi boleh juga jadi masalah lain. Jika dikesan awal boleh rawat.

Preseptal Cellulitis or Abscess and Orbital Cellulitis can be serious and may need admission for child less than 5 years old.
General practitioner should refer to hospital if find child ill or the lid swelling getting worse. Please not delay or follow-up such patients.

Pickle ball eye injury needed proper ophthalmologist assessment as any high velocity injury can injured fine eye structures. Like this patient got retina injury.
Maybe a squash style goggles etter when play pickleball?

Inflammation of Optic nerve need to be investigated. It can be Autoimmune, Infections, Ischemic or even Toxic. Important is to make patient understand because the recovery will take some time.
