Time flies—it has been almost four years since I began working with Zinnia Fields Post Natal Retreat.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of supporting many mothers through their postpartum recovery journey. From helping with physical recovery, relieving neck, shoulder, back and wrist discomfort, to restoring overall wellness, every mother's progress has reinforced my belief that postnatal care is not just about healing the body—it is about caring for an entire family.
I am sincerely grateful to Zinnia Fields for their continued trust in integrating Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) into their postnatal care services. Working alongside nurses, nutritionists, and other healthcare professionals, we strive to provide mothers with comprehensive and holistic care.
In addition to serving patients at DeShin TCM Therapy Centre, I continue to provide TCM treatments for mothers staying at Zinnia Fields, with the hope of helping them recover well, regain their strength, and embrace this new chapter of motherhood with confidence.
Healthcare is not only about treating illness.
It is about helping people recover well, stay healthy, and enjoy a better quality of life. 🌿

一转眼，我已经与 Zinnia Fields Post Natal Retreat 合作将近四年了。
这四年来，我陪伴了许多妈妈走过产后的恢复阶段。从身体调理、肩颈腰背疼痛、手腕不适，到整体体质恢复，每一位妈妈的进步，都让我更加相信——好的产后照护，不只是照顾身体，更是在照顾一个家庭。
感谢 Zinnia Fields 一直以来的信任，让中医能够成为产后照护团队的一部分，与护理人员、营养师及其他专业人员一起，为妈妈们提供更完整、更全面的照顾。
除了在 DeShin TCM 德善中医 为大家服务外，我也持续在 Zinnia Fields 为入住的妈妈提供中医调理，希望帮助更多妈妈恢复健康、找回活力，以更好的状态迎接人生的新阶段。
