We took a little break from adjusting spines… and raced down the tracks instead. 😂🏎️

Sometimes the best team building isn’t in a meeting room—it’s cheering each other on, laughing until our stomachs hurt, and creating memories outside the clinic🏎️

当妈妈以后才发现，
原来照顾孩子是一场没有毕业典礼的学习旅程 ❤️

一开始 大宝 （儿子）因为脚痛来检查xian 到备孕和怀孕时期都定期检查🤰🏻
二宝出生后更是从 newborn 开始接受 chiropractic care ✨

从头型、喝奶到成长发育，
每一个小细节，都是父母最在意的事。

谢谢你把一家人的健康交给我们照顾🫶

能够陪伴孩子从出生一路成长，
是我们最珍惜的缘分 ❤️

本来以为今天只是帮 做个例行脊椎检查…

结果：
😂 一边检查一边聊天
😂 一边聊天一边大笑
Okay我们还是很认真的！

原来很多年轻人都有同样的问题：
📱 滑手机
💻 长时间工作
🛋️ 久坐不动

久而久之，肩颈紧绷、姿势跑掉、身体左右不平衡都会慢慢出现🥹
