Meet Shannon Tan, a fifteen-year-old swimmer 🏊🏻‍♀️ representing Team Selangor, who became one of the standout names of SUKMA XXII 2026 by winning a total of 8 gold medals and setting 5 new meet records, including rewriting a 14-year-old meet record in the 200m Butterfly.🥇

For Shannon, recovery isn’t a break from training, but the genuine prep work that keeps her ready for the next race. It’s the kind of work that often happens behind the scenes. 🎬 In this reel, we had a short Q&A session with Shannon, where she shares more about the journey behind her incredible achievements. ✨

Two Care is honoured to be a part of Shannon’s recovery journey, and we’ll continue supporting Shannon as she aims higher, chases bigger goals, and sets her sights on the Youth Olympics. We’ll be cheering her on every step of the way. 🌟

Last Saturday was unforgettable. Our team conducted almost 50 movement assessments in a single day. From pickleball athletes to Pilates enthusiasts, everyone left with greater clarity and a plan.
