Mental health first aid starts with awareness.

The Mental Health Essentials Course is a one-day introductory programme designed to help participants build a strong foundation in mental health. Unlike the Standard Mental Health First Aid course, which provides more comprehensive training and practical intervention skills, the Mental Health Essentials Course offers a compact version that allows individuals to learn the basic essential knowledge on mental health.

Take the first step towards creating a more informed, supportive, and mentally healthy community.

Sometimes, feeling overwhelmed, drained, or unfocused isn't just about what's happening inside you,it can also be influenced by what's around you.

Your environment plays a bigger role in your mental well-being than you might think. From noise and clutter to lighting and personal space, small changes can help create a calmer, more supportive environment for your mind. Remember, you don't need a perfect space, just a few intentional adjustments can make a meaningful difference.

A morning of movement, mindfulness, and meaningful conversations

Thank you to everyone who showed up for Pause & Pace 2026. Thank you for walking, reflecting, connecting, and reminding one another that taking care of our mental health can start with something as simple as showing up.

From every step taken to every smile shared, this community made the day truly special. Here’s to creating more spaces where people can pause, breathe, and pace themselves through life together.

Here are photos to share what Pause and Pace meant to all of us.
