Men’s mental health is often invisible.

Many men who are struggling still appear responsible, functional, and “fine.” But distress in men often shows up as irritability, anger, withdrawal, risk-taking, or emotional numbness — not just sadness. Because of social expectations to be strong and self-reliant, many endure silently rather than seek help.

Over time, untreated stress, financial pressure, relationship conflict, and isolation can narrow thinking into “tunnel vision,” where problems feel permanent and hope fades.

We need to move beyond slogans. Help-seeking must be reframed as responsibility, not weakness. Support should be accessible in everyday spaces, and boys must be taught emotional literacy early.

Silence should never become the most dangerous coping strategy.

Males who experience mental health issues often tend to hold it in and exhibit different symptoms from females.

Peta jalan rawatan mental

Peta jalan rawatan mental

"Aku nak pergi mana sebenarnya?"

Jangan risau.

Waktu Operasi: 8.00 Pagi - 12.00 Tengah Malam (Setiap Hari).

Buka aplikasi MySejahtera, pilih butang 'MyMinda'.

3. Klinik Kesihatan (Bajet Rendah)
Cara paling mudah dan murah (RM1).
Buka MySejahtera > Janji Temu > Pilih Rawatan Pesakit Luar > Klinik Kesihatan berdekatan

5. Hospital Universiti (UMMC, HUKM, Hospital UPM)
Pilihan alternatif selain hospital KKM.
Penting: Sila semak laman web hospital universiti masing-masing dahulu.

Ingat, mencari bantuan bukan tanda anda lemah. Ia tanda anda bijak mengurus diri.

Caring Contact?
