03｜RESET

HARMONY

Not every scent needs to stand out.

Some are meant to work together.

The grounding presence of Frankincense.
The stability of Cedarwood.
The calming comfort of Lavender.
The balancing warmth of Rosewood.
The uplifting touch of Geranium.

Different notes,
one intention.

To create a sense of harmony,
one breath at a time.

A gentle reminder today:

Check in with yourself.

What do you need right now?

A gentle reminder for this long weekend 🤍

You don’t have to spend every day catching up.

Go somewhere that makes you breathe a little deeper.

Take a walk.
Read a book.
Watch the sunset.
Meet a friend.
Do nothing for a while.

Use this extra time to recharge yourself.

The week ahead will still be there.

Today is yours.

Sunday night reminder 🤍

The weekend isn’t over yet.

You don’t need to start worrying about next week tonight.

You don’t need to plan everything.
You don’t need to be productive.
You don’t need to rush back into doing.

There is still time.

Time to rest.
Time to slow down.
Time to enjoy the quiet moments you’ve been missing.

Take a deep breath.

Look at the sky.
Listen to the waves.
Finish that book.
Stay a little longer.

The world can wait.

Tonight is for you.
