Kinesiology tape isn’t there to “hold” your muscles together —
it’s commonly used to provide support, improve body awareness, and help reduce excessive strain during movement ✨

For athletes, taping may be used to support:

🦵 Joint stability
💪 Movement control during training or competition
😮‍💨 Areas feeling tight or overloaded

How it’s applied matters too 👀

Different taping directions and tension may be used depending on whether the goal is:
