๐Ÿฆด Your back pain isnโ€™t always โ€œcoming back.โ€

Sometimes...

It never fully stopped.

Your body simply became really good at adapting.

When muscles tighten, joints move differently, and your spine keeps compensating, the pain may settle temporarilyโ€”but the underlying stress can still remain.

Thatโ€™s why treating pain alone isnโ€™t always enough.

Understanding why it keeps returning is the first step towards lasting recovery.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Have a question about your spine? Leave it in the commentsโ€”we might cover it in our next educational series!

This Merdeka, weโ€™re celebrating more than just an anniversary.

Weโ€™re celebrating 5 years of helping our community move with greater freedom. ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡พ๐Ÿฆด

Five years of learning.
Five years of growing.
Five years of serving.

And most importantly, five years of being trusted by every patient who walked through our doors.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of your health journey.

As a small token of appreciation, weโ€™ve prepared something special for this Merdeka season. ๐Ÿค

Because this celebration isnโ€™t just about us ;
itโ€™s about every step weโ€™ve taken together.

Happy Merdeka, and thank you for 5 amazing years. ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡พโœจ

๐Ÿฆด PART 4: Pain Doesnโ€™t Always Tell The Whole Story

You can have changes in your spine without feeling much pain.

And sometimes, you can have a lot of pain without major findings on a scan ๐Ÿ‘€

Pain is influenced by more than just the disc itself.

Thatโ€™s why symptoms and imaging donโ€™t always match.

Stay tuned for Part 5: Why Back Pain Keeps Coming Back ๐Ÿ‘€

๐Ÿฆด PART 3: Injury Isnโ€™t Random

Your body is built to handle bending, lifting, and moving.

Injury happens when the load exceeds what your body can tolerate ๐Ÿ‘€

Itโ€™s rarely one movement.
Itโ€™s usually the accumulation of stress over time.
