Minggu kedua Ramadan memang ramai mula rasa “crash” 😮‍💨

Bukan sebab puasa tak sesuai untuk badan tapi sebab badan dah guna banyak tenaga minggu pertama untuk adapt.

Apa yang selalu jadi:
• Protein tak cukup masa suhoor & iftar
• Tidur makin kurang
• Workout terlalu intense
• Air tak cukup antara Maghrib–Subuh

Ramadan bukan pertandingan siapa paling kuat.
It’s about sustainability, bukan exhaustion.

Kalau minggu ni rasa penat, adjust, jangan quit.
