We often get distracted by our thoughts and feelings, but how frequently do we pause to notice them before spiraling?

Ms. Cristina Edwin, an internationally accredited sand tray therapist, utilized the power of sand to guide participants in using figures and objects to represent their current state of mind and understand their dynamics through interactions with the objects and sand.

Participants found the session deeply moving, gaining a profound understanding of their mind’s inner workings and expressing their feelings through truly creative means.
