Journey into the chakra system, one session at a time 🧘🏻‍♀️

For limited period, join Shilpa for a series of Journey Into Chakras sessions as a temporary takeover of Sandra’s Hatha Yoga class.

The October sessions offer a glimpse into the different aspects of the chakra system and are intentionally created to familiarise yourself ahead of the Chakra Workshop taking place from 9 Nov - 7 Dec.

As October comes to an end, it’ll be business as usual for 7pm Hatha Yoga with Sandra from the 1st Thursday of November!

One workshop, 2 ways to experience it 🌿

For Joy of Enlightenment workshop, choose between a focused weekend experience or the full 5-day journey with Haemin Sunim.

THE FULL EXPERIENCE | 16–20 DEC
For those who want to go deeper. The additional three weekday evenings create more space to absorb the teachings, reflect on your experience, ask questions and allow insights to unfold gradually.

THE WEEKEND EXPERIENCE | 19–20 DEC
A focused & condensed introduction to awakening, exploring how joy can naturally arise through a deeper understanding of ourselves and reality.

Across both formats, the experience weaves together guided meditation, Dharma teachings, group reflection, contemplation, journaling, gentle movement, mindful conversations and interactive practices — creating opportunities to directly experience the teachings rather than simply understand them intellectually.

As Haemin Sunim shares, some teachings need time and repeated reflection to truly sink in.

We begin with our monthly Women’s Circle series on 25 Sep, exploring the special topic of the month: Non-Judgement & Choiceless Awareness, among a community space to connect, engage & turn inward.

Move differently, move as one system, this 20th September 🐾

Animal Flow® is a ground-based movement practice of a whole-body integration that brings together mobility, strength, coordination, body awareness and control.

A workshop led by Kish of Animal Flow Malaysia will guide you through a progressive movement journey, from wrist preparation and activation to travelling forms, transitions and integrated flow.

Expect to explore:
• Mobility & strength
• Cross-body coordination
• Sling systems & fascial connections
• Dynamic stability
• Whole-body integration
• And, ultimately, flow

Get curious, get closer to the ground, and discover a whole different relationship with your body.
