Klinik akan bercuti dari 20–24 Mac dan akan beroperasi semula selepas itu.

Namun, perkhidmatan A&E kami tetap beroperasi seperti biasa 24 jam 🚑

Ibu Mengandung Nak Puasa? Ini Yang Perlu Tahu! 🤰🌙

Ramai mommy-to-be tertanya-tanya…
“Boleh ke saya puasa? Selamat tak untuk baby?” 🥺

Jawapannya 👉 Bergantung pada keadaan kesihatan ibu & kandungan.

💛 Kalau ibu sihat, kandungan stabil & tiada komplikasi — biasanya boleh berpuasa dengan pemantauan doktor.
⚠️ Tapi kalau ada masalah seperti:

- Kencing manis semasa hamil (GDM)
- Tekanan darah tinggi
- Kurang air (dehydration)
- Baby kurang berat

👉 Ibu mungkin dinasihatkan untuk tidak berpuasa dulu.

🌟 Tips kalau nak cuba puasa:
🥣 Sahur dengan makanan tinggi protein & serat
💧 Minum air secukupnya selepas berbuka
🛌 Rehat yang cukup
👶 Pantau pergerakan baby
