We're looking to fill our team and for Clinic Assistants! Interested to apply or know someone who might fit this role?

- Minimally 1-2 years of related clinic assistant experience
- The candidate must have at least an SPM/Professional Certificate or any equivalent qualification or higher. Diploma/ Advanced Diploma preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin
- Able to work in shift, weekends and public holidays (Clinic Operating Hours 9 am-9 pm)
- Computer Literacy preferred
- Unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do
- Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow
- A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able to work independently when required
- Comfortable with ambiguity - we're a fast-growing business and there's always unchartered territories, which is part of the fun. You should be comfortable with it and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time.

Benefits includes outpatient benefits, annual leaves and overtime pay for any overtime.

We're on the lookout for a clinic supervisor. Interested to apply or know someone who might fit this role?
- Minimally 4 years of clinic-related experience with at least 1-year experience with people and operations management
- Diploma and above in Business Administration/Nursing or in a relevant discipline
- Attention to detail and meticulousness is a must
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Basic understanding of financial models and understanding of profit and loss statements.
- Strong operations background would be a plus
- Experience in audit/risk management in healthcare/clinic operations setting will be an advantage
- Ability to think outside of the box to solve problems
- Unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do
- Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow
