What kind of โ€œgainโ€ actually changes outcomes?

Earlier today, we had the privilege of conducting a ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฒ-๐—ต๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ฑ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜† ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ฃ๐˜€๐˜†๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ผ๐—น๐—ผ๐—ด๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—™๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐˜ ๐—”๐—ถ๐—ฑ (๐—ฃ๐—™๐—”) with the team at Radisson Hotel Brunei Darussalam

It was encouraging to see employees from multiple functions and departments, including those at manager level, come together to build greater awareness around mental health and explore how we can respond with more care and empathy in everyday workplace situations.
