血脂报告拿到手，只看红字就够了吗？🩸
很多人看到报告上的 ↑ / ↓，第一反应就是：“我的胆固醇超标了！”
但其实，血脂不是只看一个数字，而是要综合多个指标来判断整体心血管风险 ❤️

除了常见的：
🔹 总胆固醇 TC
🔹 三酸甘油脂 TG
🔹 高密度脂蛋白 HDL-C
🔹 低密度脂蛋白 LDL-C

还有一些容易被忽略的重要指标：
🔹 脂蛋白(a) Lp(a)
🔹 载脂蛋白 A1 ApoA1
🔹 载脂蛋白 B ApoB

📌 尤其是 LDL-C、Lp(a) 和 ApoB，在评估心血管风险时都值得关注。

所以，下次拿到血脂报告，别急着只看“红字”！
