1st appointment this morning...
During our conversation, she shared something that stayed in my heart 🤍
This was actually her first time learning more about preplanning.
“I’ve always seen your Facebook posts. Earlier this year, I already had the thought to learn more and told myself I should look for you… but I kept putting it on hold until now.
Then that day you texted me, I took it as a sign that I should finally meet you and know more about this.”
That really touched me.
As we continued talking, she shared about handling the funeral arrangements for her late father and aunty. She still remembers the moment her mind completely jammed after receiving the calls that they were gone, and having to rush into making arrangements during such emotional moments.
And that was exactly why she started thinking about preplanning. Not for herself alone, but because she does not want her children to go through the same panic and helplessness one day.
A mother’s love is indeed something very powerful.
No matter how old the children become, mothers will always think ahead for them 🥹
Also, thank you for recommending that nasi goreng sambal that we had been talking about for almost one week 😂 Finally got to taste it for myself today and it’s so good!
