Hiring the right people goes beyond qualifications and experience. It starts with asking the right questions, listening with intention, and understanding the person behind the resume.

Recently, our Leader-Managers, including Business Unit Heads and Department Leads, came together for a Behavioural Interviewing Skills Workshop facilitated by Peter Teoh from Rekruyt.

The session focused on strengthening our approach to interviews through more structured, thoughtful, and people-centred conversations, equipping our leaders with practical tools to better identify talent, potential, and cultural fit.
