Our studio is heated up to 36 degrees, enough to make you sweat without making you feel breathless. Most of our classes are suitable for both beginners and advanced students. Your first class is free!

Core Mat II is coming to Hot Yo Studio this June.

Held June 26–28, this training expands on the Classical Pilates Mat repertoire, building greater strength, control, and coordination. Core Mat II emphasizes seamless transitions, full-body integration, and consistency within the Method to support confident, effective teaching.

The current promotional period ends May 7. Enroll early to take advantage of preferred pricing and continue developing your Classical Pilates education.

If you’re ready to go all in, the KYTT Comprehensive (Full Certification) takes you through the full journey—from foundations to advanced skills, including working with children with special needs and teaching tweens and teens.
