🩺 Job Responsibilities:
👉🏻Welcome and assist patients with registration and appointment scheduling.
👉🏻Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks.
👉🏻Assist doctors during consultations or minor procedures.
👉🏻Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and fully stocked with medical supplies.
👉🏻Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
✅ Requirements:
🔹Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Ability to communicate effectively in [, Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin, or Tamil].
🔹Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, clinic management systems).
🔹Previous experience in healthcare or customer service is preferable but not mandatory.
