Mai Danz Arts Studio MAI DANZ ARTS STUDIO (MDAS) has been established since 1st June 2017 and has gained recognition from international organisations.

We students for the passion in the arts of dance and the wellness of fitness MDAS is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance (USA), which designates the teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliance’

s standards. We gained AEC status for Ballet examination by The Royal Academy of Dance, London (UK), in addition we also conducting Imperial Classical Ballet Examination (ISTD, UK) and National Association of Teachers of Dancing (NATD) Latin Dance examinations here at MDAS. Dance classes available at MDAS includes Ballet (RAD & ISTD, UK), Latin Dance (NATD), Modern Dance, Chinese Dance, Hip Hop, New Jazz, K-Pop, Break Dance, Belly Dance, Tik Tok Dance etc. Apart from that, we also offer fitness classes such as Yoga, Air Yoga, Yoga Wheel, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Zumba Fitness, The Barre, Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates and to name a few. As an educator, we provide dance and yoga teacher training courses, workshops as well as shaping and preparing our students for internationally recognised dance examinations, competitions, commercial events, wedding performances, etc. In near future, we aim to seek even more exposure and participation in competitions and events locally and internationally.
