Yesterday, I finished my talk at the emGuarde Summit September 2026, and once again, I had the privilege of raising awareness about EMF exposure and sharing the message behind my book, Stop Cooking Your Kid’s Brain (And Yours Too).

And standing there, looking at a room filled with people from more than 10 nationalities, I realized something:

This is no longer about me selling something.

It’s about educating families.
It’s about creating awareness.
It’s about encouraging responsible use of the technology that now surrounds our children every single day.

And ultimately, it’s about protecting the next generation.

The science around EMF and its potential biological effects continues to develop. There are still questions being studied and debated, but to me, awareness should not have to wait until every question has been answered.

Our children are growing up surrounded by phones, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, tablets, wearables, and wireless technology at a scale no previous generation experienced.

Technology is advancing. Our awareness must advance with it.

But the most powerful moment for me yesterday?

More than 10 nationalities in one room, responding, shouting, and standing together behind one common message.

Different countries. Different cultures. Different languages.

One mission. 🌍

That was when I realized:

What started as a book has become an advocacy.

What started as awareness in the Philippines is reaching people from different parts of the world.

And what may have started as business for me has become something much bigger:

A GLOBAL MISSION to educate families and help protect our future generations.

Thank you to everyone who came, listened, and stood with me.

One informed parent can change one home.
One informed home can influence a community.
And enough informed communities can protect a generation. ❤️

This is just the beginning.

Healthy ka nga, pero wala ka namang pera, parang magkakasakit ka pa rin, diba?

Successful ka nga, pero health mo naman ang na-suffer. Bale wala din ang pera, right?

Minsan, akala natin health is just about the body.

Wealth is just about money.

Freedom is just about doing what you want.

But real freedom is different.

Health without freedom is incomplete.
Wealth without purpose is empty.
Freedom without impact becomes selfish.

Live a life that heals you, frees you, and allows you to serve. ✨

“May Maintenance ka na ba?” should not be the normal question in your 40s.

Somewhere along the way, we started accepting body pain, fatigue, high blood pressure, diabetes, and daily medications as “part of aging.”

But as a Lifestyle Medicine physician, I want to remind you:

Common does not always mean normal.

Your body has rules.
And when you honor those rules, your body responds.

The right food.
Proper hydration.
Regular movement.
Quality sleep.
Stress management.
A cleaner, safer environment.

You don’t have to wait until sickness becomes your wake-up call.

Your 40s can still be strong.
Your 40s can still be active.
Your 40s can still be full of energy, purpose, and restoration.

Prevention is always cheaper than cure.

If you’re ready to take your health seriously, start with your daily lifestyle.

Dementia-like symptoms in children and teens?

Many kids today struggle with poor focus, short attention span, brain fog, memory problems, poor sleep, and difficulty learning.

Some call this digital dementia.

This does not mean children have Alzheimer’s. But excessive screen dependence can affect how the developing brain functions.

We are here to awaken responsibility.

As a doctor, educator, and mother, my mission is to help families understand that prevention starts at home, and that protecting the brain, sleep, focus, and overall health of the next generation is no longer optional.
