Every bag in that freezer tells a story.

A middle-of-the-night pump.
An alarm that went off before the sun came up.
Pump parts washed… again.

Missed naps.
Extra water.
Cold coffee.
Showing up anyway.

Some of those bags feed the baby sleeping down the hall. Others are packed into coolers and shipped across the country to nourish babies their mothers may never meet.

Behind every freezer stash is a mother giving her time, energy, and love.

And behind every donated ounce is a family choosing to help another family through one of the hardest seasons of their lives.

Milk doesn’t just fill bottles.
It fills NICU feeding tubes.
It fills tiny stomachs.

Just like that, July is here. 1-7 August is annual breastfeeding awareness week, and Borneo Medical Centre is organising something exciting on 1 Aug 2-4pm, so watch out for our announcement. Meanwhile, I come across this interesting video by Dr. Nancy on natural breastfeeding initiation (more commonly known as biological laid back position). I urge all expectant mothers learn about hunger cues and how to position prior to delivery.
