又一位长者康复回家了！ 🌿

Every recovery begins with a single step.
每一步努力，都是迈向康复的重要一步。

Our resident joined us for short-term post-operative rehabilitation (术后短期康复护理), requiring nursing care, physiotherapy, and assistance with daily activities during recovery.

With dedicated care, regular rehabilitation, and determination, the patient gradually regained strength, was able to walk independently again, and has now safely returned home.

看到长者恢复行动能力，平安回家与家人团聚，是我们团队最大的欣慰。❤️
