TJiWA Care Month is coming.

After our recent service update, we are opening a month of accessible community learning through RM10 community webinars and selected physical workshops.

Webinars will begin from RM10 per session, while physical workshops will be priced separately based on duration, venue and materials.

Full line-up and registration details will be shared soon.

Being supportive does not mean having all the answers, it begins with knowing how to listen, understand and respond with care. 💛

On 20 July 2026, our trainer, Jesynthia Wong (KBPA), facilitated the “Introduction to Supportive Communication and Basic Helping Skills” workshop during Memori Mekrang for NTW with WRK.

Through interactive learning and practical exercises, participants explored active listening, empathetic communication and the P.A.C.E. framework for responding to emotional situations. They also learned the important difference between helping and fixing, when professional referral may be needed, and how to maintain healthy boundaries while supporting others.

Because sometimes, the most meaningful support we can offer is simply creating a safe space for someone to feel heard.

TJiWA is introducing an updated service structure to support professional counselling, workplace wellbeing and wider access to mental health support.

This update includes our revised counselling fees and packages, the TJiWA Access Fund, Teduh Untukmu, Teduh Forward and clearer corporate wellbeing options.

This is not only a pricing update.

It is part of our commitment to build a model of care that is sustainable for clients, fair for counsellors and accessible for those facing financial barriers.

Thank you for being part of this new chapter with us.

Do you relate to what Counsellor Aisyah shared?

Sometimes it’s not about gender differences. It’s about the experiences we grew up with. The way we were raised, the relationships we witnessed, and the messages we received as children can quietly shape how we communicate, trust, love, and respond to conflict as adults.

Understanding our upbringing isn’t about blaming our parents or our past. It’s about becoming aware, so we can choose healthier patterns moving forward.

What are your thoughts? Did any part of this conversation resonate with you? 🤍

Kisah Kaunselor | Ep. 1 - Perkenalkan Our Kak Aisyah Mushadad.

Not every heartbreak ends with a goodbye.

Sometimes, the person you grieve is still alive. They’re still out there, living their life, while you’re quietly trying to piece yours back together.

It’s a kind of grief that many people carry in silence because it’s difficult to explain.

When we first spoke to Kak Aisyah, one sentence stayed with us:

“I understand the pain of grieving someone who is still alive, yet no longer a part of your life.”

At that moment, we understood something.

Every counsellor has their own way of making people feel seen.

Some feel like a mentor.
Some feel like a safe place.

And then there’s Kak Aisyah.

The one who reminds us of an older sister—gentle, warm, and reassuring. The kind of person who won’t rush your healing or tell you to “just move on.” Instead, she’ll sit with you, help you make sense of your emotions, and walk beside you as you slowly find your own strength again.

Her passion lies in helping individuals and couples navigate heartbreak, relationship challenges, acceptance, resilience, and the journey of moving forward.

Because healing isn’t about forgetting.

It’s about learning to carry what happened with compassion, accepting what cannot be changed, and believing that life can still be beautiful after loss.

This is the first story in our Kisah Kaunselor series—a series where we introduce not only the expertise of our counsellors, but also the hearts behind the work they do.

Perhaps, in Kak Aisyah, someone out there will find the courage to take that first step towards healing.

The first half of the year may not have gone the way you imagined.

Maybe you’ve spent more time surviving than thriving.
Maybe you’ve been carrying burdens no one else could see.
Maybe you’ve questioned yourself more times than you’d like to admit.

But you’re still here.

And that means your story isn’t over.

As we step into the next six months, we hope they bring not just success, but resilience—the kind that helps you rise after setbacks, embrace uncertainty, and keep moving forward even when progress feels invisible.

Celebrate every small win.
Rest when you need to.
Ask for help when it feels heavy.
Keep believing that growth doesn’t always happen loudly.

Here’s to choosing progress over perfection, and resilience over giving up.

The next six months are another chance.
We’re rooting for you. 🤍

Happy Father’s Day to all fathers around the world, and Happy Men’s Mental Health Month. 💙 Anak-anak perantauan, kitak ada ngabas bapak kitak s*k?

Kisahnya, few weeks ago, we were honoured to be invited by Majlis Perbandaran Padawan to facilitate a Pause, Rest & Reset programme for 60 of their male officers.

Throughout the sessions, we discovered that one of their biggest challenges was processing emotions, thoughts, and the physiological impact of stress while finding safe ways to express themselves. Many shared how difficult it is to detach from problems, often leaving them stuck in the same cycle of stress and overthinking.

What struck us most was realizing that these struggles are not new. For many men, they have been carried quietly across generations. As we continue transitioning into a rapidly changing world shaped by smartphones, constant connectivity, and Artificial Intelligence, perhaps it is also time for us to relearn how to pause, reconnect, and care for our inner well-being.

The experience was truly beautiful. The engagement was genuine, the conversations were meaningful, and the energy in the room was unforgettable. 🥹

They loved chocolates just like many of our fathers do at home. They were supportive, open, thoughtful, and incredibly funny too. Moments like these remind us that behind every role, uniform, and responsibility is a human being who deserves space to rest, reflect, and be heard.

Thank you, Majlis Perbandaran Padawan, for having us and for creating a space where these conversations could happen.

Semoga semua bapa dan lelaki sentiasa diberikan kesihatan, kekuatan, dan ketenangan.

Happy Father’s Day and Happy Men’s Mental Health Month. 💙

Sedikit bingkisan kenangan bersama para pendidik dari Lodge Group of Schools. Kita meraikan guru. Tetapi sebenarnya, kita sedang meraikan harapan.

Di sebalik setiap ilmu yang diajar, ada kesabaran yang tidak terlihat.
Di sebalik setiap kejayaan seorang anak, ada seorang guru yang pernah percaya ketika orang lain ragu.

Mereka bukan sekadar menyampaikan pelajaran,

tetapi mereka mampu mengubah dunia seseorang.

Guru Bitara, Nadi Negara.
Selamat Hari Guru daripada kami di Teduh Jiwa. 💚

Special thanks to GEM Consultancy MY for the exposure and opportunities.
