A nursing home on a tech stage? Yes, really. 😊
Last week, our Managing Director Denis Lim was invited to L'Oréal Paris's MYSG Learning Week as a panelist on "AI Agents: Game changer or digital disaster?" — sitting alongside L'Oréal's own AI and data experts.
Why would a global beauty tech giant invite a nursing home operator from Melaka? Because of Denise — the AI assistant our own team built in-house, working quietly behind the scenes at BTMC every day.
What does Denise do? She watches for the small things that are easy to miss in a busy facility — a trend in a resident's condition, a follow-up that hasn't been closed, a detail that doesn't match — and alerts our nurses and doctors: "look here." She never makes decisions. Every decision about your loved one's care is always made by our care team.
Technology helps us watch more closely. Our nurses and doctors deliver the care. That's how we believe AI belongs in clinical nursing care — and we're proud this conversation is now being heard beyond healthcare.
