Have you experienced any of these situations?

Do you experience dry, sore, or easily fatigued eyes, or even a constant urge to blink or a feeling of something in your eyes?

An optometrist teaches you a simple and practical way to protect your eyes.

Small reminder:

The temperature should be gentle, not too hot.

Keep doing it every day for better results

√ Do not rub your eyes immediately after applying a warm compress.

If you frequently experience eye discomfort, it might not just be simple fatigue, but rather a sign of dry eye syndrome!

If you'd like to know if you have dry eye problems, welcome to C MORE OPTOMETRY to check your eye health ♡
