Orang tua 86 tahun. Terjatuh di rumah beberapa hari lepas. Sejak itu tidak dapat jalan atau berdiri lagi. Kawasan paha ada bengkak dan lebam. Kes yang macam ini perlu X-ray dan the most likely diagnosis is fracture neck of femur. Pergi hospital terus. Biasanya perlu dibedah
