两次获奖，两份感恩。

2018年，我在 亚罗士打苏丹后峇希雅医院（Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah, Alor Setar） 担任医务官时，首次荣获「卓越服务奖（APC）」.

2025年，来到 美里医院（Hospital Miri），以骨科专科医生的身份，再次获得这份殊荣。

从医务官到骨科专科医生，从吉打到砂拉越，改变的是岗位与职责；不变的是对医疗专业的坚持，以及为每一位病人提供最好照护的初心。

这份荣誉不仅是对过去工作的肯定，更提醒我肩负着更大的责任。未来，我会继续秉持循证医学、专业技术与同理心并重的理念，为每一位病人提供优质的骨科医疗服务，帮助他们重拾行动能力，回归健康生活。

In 2018, I was privileged to receive the Anugerah Perkhidmatan Cemerlang (APC) while serving as a Medical Officer at Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah, Alor Setar.

In 2025, I am deeply honoured to receive the same recognition again, this time as an Orthopaedic Specialist at Hospital Miri.

From Kedah to Sarawak, from Medical Officer to Orthopaedic Specialist, my roles have evolved, but my commitment has remained the same—to provide compassionate, evidence-based care and always put my patients first.

While this award recognises past efforts, it also reminds me of the responsibility to continue learning, improving, and delivering the highest standard of orthopaedic care.

“延误，改变了一生”

“A Delay That Changed Everything”

一名糖尿病患者发现自己的脚出现疼痛、肿胀和发红。

起初，看起来只是个小问题——他以为休息一下、吃点药就会慢慢好转。
他一次又一次到诊所复诊，希望情况会改善。

但在表面之下，感染却正在悄悄扩散。
原本看似普通的肿胀，其实已经逐渐演变成组织坏死。

等到终于转诊专科时，感染已经严重恶化，最终不得不接受截肢。

这个真实案例提醒我们一个重要事实：
骨骼、关节和肢体的问题，绝不能在症状持续恶化时一再拖延。

疼痛、肿胀、变形、关节不稳、活动受限、持续跛行，或伤口迟迟不愈，都是身体发出的警讯。

很多患者会告诉自己：
“应该只是用力过度。”
“休息几天应该会好。”
