Build Your Future with B. Braun’s GDVT Program
B. Braun Medical Industries (BMI) is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for individuals who wish to grow their careers in the technical field through the German Dual Vocational Training (GDVT) Program. This program is fully sponsored by B. Braun and is designed to develop highly skilled talents for the manufacturing industry.
The GDVT program focuses on strengthening participants’ competencies in mechatronics and precision machining through a combination of practical training and academic learning. It is a collaborative initiative between B. Braun, the FutureTech Academy (formerly known as PSDC), the Malaysian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MGCC), and the Department of Skills Development (JPK) under the Ministry of Human Resources.
Through this program, participants will gain valuable technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and industry exposure that can support their long-term career development. Upon completion, graduates will receive a skills certification recognized by both Malaysian and German authorities, enhancing their employability within B. Braun and across the industry.
The GDVT program is open to production operators and school leavers who hold SPM or SVM/SPMV qualifications and meet the minimum entry requirements. Priority will be given to children of BMI employees.
