It was a pleasure to be back at Hospital Kuala Lumpur to assist in a sialendoscopy case, working with my ex bosses and colleagues again. Brings back many fond memories as this was where I learned most of my ENT knowledge and surgical skills as a medical officer.

Multiple parotid stones. We used to remove the parotid gland for such cases in the past. Nowadays, we perform combined sialendoscopy with external approach to remove these stones, saving the parotid gland and greatly reducing the extent of surgery needed for such cases.
