Tech Neck - accumulation of neck tension due to Forward Head Posture.
Most neck muscles tend to get shortened or tense when our head hangs forward, especially when we are looking at our devices or working.
Do you know that at least 70 percent of neck or back pain begins with normal daily repeated activities like time on an electronic device?

P/s. It is common to have neck pain, but it is definitely not normal to have one! Don't forget to take a short posture break from work! Stay safe.

Hey... Look who is here together with her little precious one today!

Mommy was getting her spine and joints fixed, but the little one received his very first adjustment session too! He was really co-operating and seemed to enjoy it too. 😂

Chiropractic adjustments are important for infants as birthing can be quite traumatic to their spine and joints too.
So, if you are getting their eyes, ears & weight checked, why not the spine too? 😉
