Here are 7 things I refuse to do as a dietitian - and why it makes my clients healthier.
I don't tell clients to obsessively count calories. I don't recommend detox teas or juice cleanses. I don't push supplements without lab data. I don't demonise entire food groups by default. And I never prescribe the same meal plan twice - because the same symptom in two different people almost never has the same root cause.
