We were honoured to be invited by EssilorLuxottica to an intimate and meaningful evening that brought together optometrists and ophthalmologists to share ideas and insights on advancing evidence-based myopia management.
A special highlight was the insightful sharing by Dr. Tsiang Ung, Adult & Paediatric Eye Surgeon, ISEC Penang, on “Myopia Without Boundaries.”
In today’s digital-generation world, where children spend more time on screens and engaging in prolonged near-distance activities, early myopia management is more important than ever. Early awareness, timely intervention and evidence-based care can make a meaningful difference to their long-term eye health.
We were also grateful for the opportunity to connect and exchange ideas with fellow ophthalmologists and optometry friends. It was a wonderful reminder that better eye care comes through continuous learning, collaboration and sharing knowledge across the profession.
