🔬 实际使用寿命
临床研究：10年存活率95%。
使用寿命15到25年。
相比之下——PFM和E.max是10到15年。
金属牙冠是20到30年。

😟 决定它能不能撑那么久的4个关键因素
🔴 磨牙症——睡觉时磨牙可以在3到5年内就把氧化锆牙冠磨坏。持续的压力最终会破坏任何材料。
🔴 位置——后牙承受的压力比前牙高4到8倍。牙冠在不同位置的磨损速度也会不一样。
🔴 安装质量——牙冠如果不够贴合，就会留下缝隙让细菌钻进去。出问题不是因为氧化锆本身坏掉，而是技术问题。
🔴 日常护理——沿着牙冠边缘定期用牙线清洁是必须的。牙菌斑积累会导致下面那颗原本健康的牙根蛀牙。

🧠 医生通常没解释清楚的事——安装正确、保养得当的氧化锆牙冠可以用一辈子。同一种牙冠装在一个会磨牙、又不用牙线的人身上，5年内就可能出问题。

🔬 什么是甲状腺护领（Thyroid Collar）？
一个套在颈部的铅制护盾，用来在拍X光时保护甲状腺不受辐射影响。
这个东西已经被广泛使用了几十年。

😟 但是……

2024年的科学研究说了相反的话
2024年2月——ADA（美国牙科协会）正式建议在所有牙科X光检查中停止使用甲状腺护领。

为什么❓
🔹 数字牙科X光的辐射剂量只有1到8微希弗——相当于在太阳下晒一天的辐射量
🔹 护领可能会遮挡X光束的关键部分——图像不完整，医生被迫重拍，反而增加了辐射暴露量
🔹 护领无法防止散射的内部辐射——而这恰恰是牙科X光中最需要关注的辐射类型

🧠 医生通常没解释清楚的事——马来西亚诊所不使用甲状腺护领，不是因为疏忽大意。他们是在遵循KKM制定的最新指南，这些指南其实比以前的老做法更加准确👴🏻。
目前最有效的方法是精准的射线束准直技术——而不是护颈罩。

😬 Invisalign can be taken out whenever you want. That's what makes it feel so convenient.

BUT... that's also the weakness most people don't realise.

🔬 WHY YOU NEED TO WEAR IT 22 HOURS/DAY , ITS NOT JUST A NUMBER

Each tray moves your teeth 0.25mm through consistent pressure. The moment you take the tray out, the pressure stops — and your teeth slowly drift back toward where they were.

⏰ THE MOST COMMON MOMENTS PEOPLE FORGET TO PUT IT BACK
🔴 Lunch break — take it out, tuck it in your pocket, walk straight into a meeting, left out until evening
🔴 Date night — embarrassed to take it out in front of someone, finish eating and completely forget
🔴 Prayer time — wrap it in tissue, lose it or forget to put it back
🔴 After workout — just want a quick break, leave it aside, forget about it

没错，双氧水确实有美白牙齿和杀菌的效果——但必须用对浓度、用对方法。用错了的话……
。
牙龈、嘴唇、脸颊内侧都可能被腐蚀损伤，牙齿也会变得非常敏感——
过氧化物的氧化能力可以直接破坏细胞。用法不对的话，会导致口腔软组织长期慢性受损。

Invisalign vs Braces Part 1

Ramai sekarang yang s**a pakai braces jenis plastic atau aligners sebab fikir lagi laju dan lagi tak sakit.

Tapi ada satu scenario yang buat kes Invisalign jadi lebih lama dari braces — dan ramai masuk dalam scenario tu tanpa sedar.

🔬 FAKTA TENTANG KESAKITAN

🔵 Invisalign — menggunakan plastic yang sangat nipis je balutkan gigi. Plastic ni ikut bentuk Gigi dan smooth je, tiada besi bracket atau wire so takda masalah "tercucuk" = Lebih selesa ♥️.

Tak tambah ketebalan , percakapan seperti normal , tak tersasul.

Takda Hook/Cangkuk , wayar .So sayur-sayur🥗 tak sangkut kat bracket sampai orang lain nampak bila cakap

Tapi setiap kali tray baru ada tekanan dan aching 2 hingga 3 hari (disebabkan pergerakkan Gigi dan bukan sebab bracket cucuk p**i/bibir) Bukan bermakna tak sakit langsung.

⚫ Braces — lebih rasa tekanan selepas adjustment. Ada besi bracket wire yg boleh calar gusi/bibir. Kalau wire jadi panjang kat hijung boleh kena p**i.

Bracket/wire tanggal kena pergi clinic adjust balik

Kebaikan braces : tekanan dia lebih konsisten, boleh dijangka, reda pada masa yang sama setiap kali. Tak perlu ingatkan diri dah tukar aligner yang ke berapa atau lupa letak tray baru kat mana. (Aligner tekanan akan berkurang ikut masa atau bila terlupa pakai)
Tak sesuai yang jenis pelupa 😅

😟 FAKTA TENTANG TEMPOH RAWATAN ⏰
Kajian 2024 pernah tunjukkan pesakit yang kurang comply pakai invisalign aligner, rawatan boleh jadi 6 hingga 12 bulan lebih dari braces.

Kalau tak nak orang tahu you pakai braces , tak nak cucuk bibir p**i , selesa = Invisalign Aligner

Nak siap lebih cepat, tak nak fikir lebih lebih bila kena pakai bila tak payah pakai , Gigi gerak automatic , budget = Braces
