Food that makes your liver happy

Take note on these 7 foods you should constantly add to your diet as it benefits to liver health.
1. Garlic – Fresh garlic contains alliin, which converts to active ingredient allicin (antioxidant)that can help your body naturally flush out toxins.
2. Walnuts - They’re high in glutathione and omega-3 fatty acids, which may help maintain liver health.
3. Citrus fruits- Fruits like lemon and grapefruit help the liver to produce the detoxifying enzymes that flush out pollutants.
