Procedure: Silver coated total femur (thigh bone) endoprosthesis in exchange for an infected implant. Augmented with Prontosan irrigation, Stimulan (antibiotic diffuser), antibiotic cement, antimicrobial sutures. Joint contracture release and soft tissue reconstruction.

I really wish all sarcoma patients come together to support each other in sarcoma awareness month. Only patients can share what they truly felt. Treating sarcoma is different from carcinoma. Get known right and treat it right.
