Every patient has a story beyond their diagnosis.
Our 88-year-old resident came to us after a hospital stay with a left lower limb soft tissue injury complicated by cellulitis, alongside acute kidney injury and anaemia. With fragile skin that is prone to tears, every physiotherapy session requires patience, gentle handling, and thoughtful care.
Progress isn’t always measured by big milestones. Sometimes it’s helping someone move a little more comfortably, preventing further complications, and preserving their dignity and independence.
One thing that stands out is the unwavering support from his family. His daughter visits almost every day, reminding us how healing is strengthened by love, presence, and encouragement.
At the heart of physiotherapy is not just rehabilitation—it’s caring for the person behind the condition, one step at a time.
