Do you know if you have bilateral blocked tubes with hydrosalpinx, the patient will not be able to conceive naturally? Women need at least one patent fallopian tube for the s***m to meet the egg.

I always advise my patient, don’t get despair if you have few number of eggs collected during your oocyte retrieval procedure(OPU) in IVF. Quality of egg is more important than the quantity.
My patient who came to see me last yr, her AMH was very low. Only 1 egg collected during OPU, only 1 grade 3 embryo transferred back into her womb.
We were so happy to know her positive pregnancy test.
I took care of her during her whole pregnancy check up and delivered this baby 👶❤️😊 myself.

My heart was tearing when I saw these set of twins on the ultrasound. 🥹❤️❤️❤️ After waiting for 9 yrs, this couple came to see me in December 2025. Husband informed me that his wife was very depressed as they went to seek many traditional medicine treatments and spent thousands but no successful pregnancy.
After investigations, I found out that patient has bilateral blocked fallopian tubes. After discussion, they were very keen for IVF treatment, they started the treatment in March 2026.
You will never be able to conceive naturally if both of your fallopian tubes are blocked.

This couple came from Indonesia. They came for fertility treatment in view husband’s semen analysis showed azoos***mia( no measured s***m in his ej*****te).
I started her on IVF treatment and we managed to fertilise 7 blastocysts (Day5/6 embryos). 😊
4 blastocysts were sent for genetic testing (PGT-A) and we are still waiting for her result. 😊❤️😍
Hopefully, once they are ready we will transfer her embryo back into the womb. ❤️😊

I felt extremely happy when I received this message this morning.
I feel my purpose is accomplished. I’ve been helping couples to achieve their dreams to become parents for more than 10 years and I’ve become a doctor myself for more than 20 years.
When this couple walked into my clinic last year July 2025, I can sense their great disappointment when they saw the semen analysis result. The result showed Azoos***mia.
Azoos***mia is a medical condition where a man has no measurable s***m in his ej*****te.
Wife was 35yo.
When you have azoos***mia, you need to rule out is it obstructive or non-obstructive.
There are treatments for azoos***mia. Don’t be discouraged.
They started their IVF programme in August 2025. Total of 9 eggs being collected and we were able to produce 4 good embryos. She successfully conceived after her 1st embryo transfer in October 2025. 🥰❤️👏👏👏

If this couple never step forward to find out the cause of their infertility after many yrs of marriage, there is no way she is able to conceive naturally.

In recent years, more and more patients who are above 40yo who came for IVF treatment. They aren’t aware that as women age, their quality and quantity of eggs will naturally decline. Older women generally need more IVF cycles compare to younger patients to have a successful pregnancy.

Egg freezing is a method of preserving a woman’s fertility so she can plan to have children at a later age.
If you have a spouse, embryo banking is a safe and smart choice to plan for a baby in future.

Women, we can take charge of our body! ❤️🥰
Don’t be panic if you haven’t found your Mr Right after 35yo. You can also postpone your pregnancy until you are ready for pregnancy. You can pause your biological clock by making the right decision.

Husband is Chinese Medicine Physician and wife is a lecturer.
She has PCOS and endometrial polyps but with the current advancement of IVF technology, she successfully conceived after her first embryo transfer. 😊She had all her embryos tested for aneuploidy(PGT-A) prior to transfer.
Patient is such a strong woman and with a supportive husband who had to drive 4-6 hours for every consultation to see me showed their determination, dedication and commitment to have a baby. 👶

Congratulations to this couple who successfully conceived despite having Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome(PMOS/ PCOS). 😊❤️🥰😍
If you have irregular me**es, excessive body hair, excessive weight gain or polycystic ovaries, you might have eggs,hormonal imbalance or ovulation issues.
