Lens Optical Centre Not Aligned!!!

In pt (M/17) who has very high myopia + astigmatism!!

WHY??!! Knowing the harm it will cause to the eyes!!

Do send to edging lab even though it will take some time, rather than express express & ended up like this

We need the public to understand the importance of well-made glasses, ascertaining optimum quality before dispensing to them, and not asking for express express & always want to do at the last minute

unless if you have the state-of-the-art edging instrument, ensuring good QC of the whole lens cutting process only can we offer express service of glasses to our customers.

All complicated or high eye prescription is there for a reason... power getting higher is to tell us that they need help - definitely not by giving them the normal single vision lens.

Otherwise, those having complicated/high prescription wearing normal single vision lens tend to have visual complaints(eyes in a way asking for help).
