This is why you may feel,
Neck pain for many months
Pain going to shoulder or arm
Tingling or numbness in hand or fingers
Neck stiffness and weakness
This problem is not only muscle pain.
It involves the disc, nerve, and posture.
Can it improve without surgery?

🦵 Reclaiming Your Mobility After Total Knee Replacement (TKR)
Just had a Total Knee Replacement, or have one scheduled soon?
The surgery is only the first step. What happens next determines how quickly you get back to your morning walks, playing with grandkids, or simply moving without pain. As a physiotherapist, I see many patients feel overwhelmed by the thought of traveling to a clinic right after surgery.
That’s where Home Physiotherapy makes all the difference.
Why choose Home Physio for your TKR recovery?
Comfort & Safety: No need to navigate stairs, car transfers, or waiting rooms while your mobility is limited. We work in the safety of your own environment.
Real-World Practice: We train you on your bed, your chairs, and your stairs. Functional recovery is faster when it’s tailored to your actual home layout.
One-on-One Focus: You get my undivided attention for the entire session, ensuring your technique is perfect and your pain is managed effectively.
Consistent Progress: No missed appointments due to transport issues. Consistency is the #1 factor in preventing joint stiffness (arthrofibrosis).
What our sessions look like:
Pain & Swelling Management: Using manual techniques and positioning.
Range of Motion: Gentle, progressive exercises to get that knee bending and straightening.
Strengthening: Rebuilding the quads and glutes to support your new joint.
Gait Training: Moving from a walker to a cane, and eventually to independent walking.
Your recovery shouldn't be a secondary stress. Let’s bring the clinic to your living room and get you back on your feet, safely and comfortably.

Diabetes Insipidus as a health issue where your body's water balance goes haywire. Normally, your kidneys filter your blood to make urine, keeping enough water in your system. But with Diabetes Insipidus, your kidneys are like a sieve with too-big holes—they let too much water through, making you p*e a lot.

This isn't about high blood sugar, like in the more well-known diabetes. Instead, it's about a hormone called vasopressin, which tells your kidneys to keep water in the body. If you don't have enough of this hormone, or if your kidneys don't respond to it, you end up p*eing out way more water than you should, which can make you really thirsty and lead to dehydration if you're not careful. There are a few types of Diabetes Insipidus, but they all boil down to the same problem: the body just doesn't hold onto water like it's supposed to.
