Does the front of your knee hurt when you run, climb stairs, or sit for too long? 🏃♂️🦵
1️⃣ Single-Leg Squat — Does your knee collapse inward or reproduce your pain?
2️⃣ Step-Down Test — Does slowly lowering your heel reproduce pain around the front of your knee?
⚠️ These tests are not a diagnosis. If they reproduce your symptoms or your knee pain has been sticking around for a few weeks, it’s worth getting assessed.
Your pain might be telling you something about how your body is handling your running load.
