Helloo!! My monthly essential is finally here!! 😁

I just had my medical checked up today - Alhamdulillah all are normal, even my HDL (good) cholestrol is better than my LDL (bad cholestrol). Sugar level are low as expected (pelik tak 🤣 walaupun…🧁😜)

Truthfully - Ningxia red is my body main nutrients contributor, kalau nk harapkan makan sayur dan buah berkodi2, tak kan boleh punya..dengan Ningxia red, 60ml sahaja sehari! Kaya dengan nutrients!

Did you know that Young Living is so special because they have range of essential oils that can support your feelings?

Sometimes u feel lack of purpose in life, stuck, sad, unwanted and so forth. It’s normal because we are all human. We have baggage that we carried since we were young.

One thing that you can do is to identify the root cause why you feel the way you feel right now.

To me personally RELEASE essential oil is so powerful. It helps me to unwind my inner child, helps me discover why i am behaving like i am now, and release it. Release it so that you can move forward, be OK with what had happened, and be OK with yourself.

If you are feelings the way you are feeling right now, there’s always a way for you to improve and be OK with it (accept it).
