A truly beautiful and enriching journey with 80 wonderful souls—fellow yoga instructors—blending both learning and leisure in the most meaningful way.

From the serene energy of Mysore to the divine presence at Chamundi Hills, the grandeur of Mysore Palace, the blessings of Narasimha Temple, and the spiritual depth of Thiruvannamalai—each destination offered its own unique experience and insight.

Every moment of this trip was filled with connection, growth, laughter, and shared purpose. Grateful for the memories, the learnings, and the incredible company throughout this unforgettable journey 🙏💫

Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I would have the opportunity to learn from the legend himself, Dr. B.N.S. Iyengar. This experience has truly been a blessing and an eye-opener for me.

I am in awe of his unwavering commitment and devotion to teaching, even at this stage of his life. It deeply inspires me, and I sincerely hope to carry that same passion and dedication in guiding my own students 🙏

Over these five beautiful days, I had the privilege of learning Kriya Mudra and successfully completing the practice under his guidance. Every moment was precious. The way he connects his teachings to simple aspects of everyday life is remarkable—constantly reminding us to be good and do good.

Despite his humility and simplicity, he is like an ocean of knowledge—spanning science, mathematics, Sanskrit, and so much more. I am truly fascinated by his vast wisdom and presence. I only wish to return again and again to continue learning from him.

I would also like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to my master SK Durai, Anuradha akka, and Rajes sis for making this journey so memorable with such thoughtful and professional planning. Every moment was filled with learning, joy, and beautiful memories 💓🧘‍♀️ 🙌🙏😍
