🥹 7 Years. So Many Little Smiles. So Many Precious Memories. ❤️

Seven years of little smiles, little tears, first visits, worried parents, happy moments, and countless memories shared with our Ceria family. 🥰

To all the parents who have trusted us with your little ones — thank you. ❤️

Thank you for choosing us.
Thank you for trusting us.
Thank you for sharing your children's growing-up journey with us.

Some children first came to us as tiny babies… 👶
and now they are running, talking, laughing and growing into their own little personalities. 🥹❤️

For us, these are more than just clinic visits.

They are moments we are grateful to be part of.

And behind every child we see, there is a parent who worries, cares, sacrifices, asks questions, stays up at night and always wants the very best for their child.

To all the mums, dads and caregivers — this celebration is for you too. 🌷

Thank you for allowing Klinik Pakar Kanak-Kanak Ceria to be part of your family's journey for the past 7 years.

We may be celebrating our 7th anniversary today, but you are the reason this journey has been so meaningful. ❤️

🇲🇾 Saya Anak Malaysia! ❤️
Apakah makna menjadi seorang anak Malaysia?

“Julie, come! Let’s exercise together!” 😂💪
❤️Mummies, let me tell you about Julie! 😂
Julie works and works and works. 👩‍💻
She’s always busy with her work at the paediatric clinic, so exercise is always the last thing on her list. 😩
So this morning, I said:
“Julie, come! Let’s go for a run!” 🏃‍♀️💪
We only ran for a short while…
And Julie was already tired! 😮‍💨😂
Sound familiar, Mummies? ❤️
I know many young working mums are just like Julie.
We spend so much time taking care of our children and everyone else that we forget to take care of ourselves.
But Mummies, you need some YOU time too! ❤️
You don't need a long workout.
Even 10–15 minutes of walking, dancing or stretching can be a good start.
Exercise isn't just about fitness—it can also help you relax, clear your mind and recharge. 🌸
So don't forget, Mummies…
Take care of yourself too. You deserve it! 🥰

“Aku Berjanji…” — Mari Kita Ajarkan Anak-Anak Erti Cinta Kepada Malaysia. ❤️

🤝 Ajar mereka menghormati orang lain, walaupun berbeza.

🇲🇾 Kita sejahtera bersama. Malaysia.
Selamat Hari Kebangsaan ke-69, Malaysia! 🇲🇾❤️

🦟📖 Julie’s Dengue Seminar Notes Are Here!
Our AI assistant, Julie, recently attended an official dengue seminar organised by KKM in her universe. 🌏🤖
Today, she’s sharing her handwritten seminar notes with all parents and caregivers! 💛
📚 Across these 6 illustrated pages, Julie has put together the key points she learned—from dengue prevention to recognising important warning signs.
Think of these as Julie’s raw seminar notes—written down quickly while trying to keep up with all the important information! 😆✍️
So, please kindly excuse any small spelling or grammar mistakes you may spot. The important thing is the health information and key messages she wanted to share with you.
🦟 Dengue prevention starts at home.
👀 Early recognition matters.
❤️ And protecting our children means protecting the whole family.
Take a few minutes to go through all 6 pages and save this post for future reference.
📌 Save it. Share it. And remind someone you care about to check for mosquito breeding spots today.
This post is for general health awareness only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Seek prompt medical attention if your child has concerning symptoms.

🤧 One Sick Child Can Spread Flu to the Whole Class…
It can start with just "one child ".
A cough. 🤧
A sneeze.
A few shared surfaces.
And before you know it, more children may be getting sick.
Because children spend so much time together at school, influenza can spread quickly.
The good news? There are simple habits we can teach our children to help reduce the spread. 💛
🧼 1. Wash your hands. Wash with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially before eating and after using the toilet.

🤧 2. Cover your cough and sneeze
Use a tissue or cough/sneeze into your elbow—not your hands.

🙅‍♀️ 3. Avoid touching your face
Try not to touch your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.

↔️ 4. Keep some distance when someone is sick
Avoid close contact with classmates or family members who are unwell whenever possible.

🧽 5. Keep frequently touched surfaces clean
Regular cleaning can help reduce the spread of germs around the home and school.

🏠 6. If you're unwell, stay home
Rest and recover—and help protect your classmates and teachers from getting sick too. ❤️
💉 And don't forget about influenza vaccination.
Talk to your doctor about whether annual flu vaccination is suitable for your child.
We can't keep our children away from every germ—but we can teach them habits that help protect themselves and others.
Let's teach our children:

Protect yourself. Protect others. Keep our schools healthier. 💙

📌 Save and share this poster with other parents, or print it out and put it on your child’s classroom notice board to promote flu prevention and healthy habits.

🚨 “Just One Little Mosquito…” — Don’t Wait Until It’s Too Late! 🦟
Dengue prevention starts at home—and it doesn't have to be complicated.
For busy parents, here's an easy trick to remember: D-E-N-G-U-E! ❤️

💧 D — DRAIN
Drain away stagnant water around your home.

🪣 E — EMPTY
Empty containers, flower-pot saucers, buckets and anything that can collect rainwater.

🧹 N — NOW, CLEAN!
Clean regularly to remove mosquito eggs and breeding spots.

🌱 G — GROW SMART
Keep plants healthy and don't let water sit in plant pots or saucers.

🦟 U — USE PROTECTION
Use mosquito repellent when appropriate and dress children in protective clothing.

📅 E — EVERYDAY
Make mosquito prevention a daily habit—not something we only remember when dengue cases are increasing.
👀 Parents, take 5 minutes today to check your home.
Don't forget the places we often overlook:
🛞 Old tyres
🪴 Flower-pot saucers
🏠 Roof gutters
🪣 Covered containers
🌧️ Any small container that can collect rainwater
Because when it comes to dengue, prevention really is better than cure.
❤️ A few minutes today could help protect your whole family tomorrow.
📌 Save this post and share it with another parent. Let's make dengue prevention a family habit!

🚨 Parents, Don’t Let Your Lifestyle Steal Your Child’s Future.
When you have children, it's easy to feel pressure to give them everything.
The latest phone.
The nicest clothes.
The expensive toys.
The bigger car.
But before spending to impress others, ask yourself:
“Is this making my family richer—or just making me look richer?” 🤔
💰 Instead of always buying more, try to:

✅ Build an emergency fund.
✅ Save for your child's education.
✅ Invest in your own skills and career.
✅ Teach your children the difference between needs and wants.
✅ Spend more time together as a family.
✅ Give your children experiences, values and knowledge—not just possessions.
✅ Most importantly, don't sacrifice your family's financial security just to keep up with others.
Your children don't need a parent who can buy everything.
They need a parent who can provide love, stability, guidance and a secure foundation for the future. ❤️
Buy less to impress. Build more to protect.
One day, your child may not remember the expensive things you bought...
But they will benefit from the foundation you built for them. 🌱

🚨 Please Stop Saying This to Your Child Before a Doctor's Visit...
"If you don't behave, the doctor will give you an injection!"
Although it may seem harmless, these words can make children fear doctors long before they even step into the clinic. 💔
💛 Visiting a paediatric clinic can feel overwhelming for little ones. The unfamiliar environment, new faces, and fear of the unknown can easily make them anxious or tearful.
The good news? A few simple changes can help your child feel much more confident.
✨ Try these parent-friendly tips:

1 ) 🩺 Be honest and reassuring. Instead of saying, "It won't hurt," try, "The doctor is here to help keep you healthy and strong."

2 ) 🤗 Get down to your child's level. Hold their hand, offer a hug, and reassure them that it's okay to feel nervous.

3 ) 🧸 Bring a favourite comfort item. A beloved toy or blanket can provide a sense of security.

4 ) 🍭 Celebrate their bravery. Praise your child or offer a small reward after the visit to create a positive memory.

5 ) ❤️ Speak positively about doctors. When children see doctors as kind helpers instead of someone to fear, every future clinic visit becomes a little easier.
Every child is different, but patience, reassurance, and positive words can make a world of difference.
If you're worried about your child's health or how to prepare them for an upcoming appointment, our team is always here to support you. 💙
👇 Save this post for your next clinic visit and share it with another parent who might find these tips helpful!
