One of the common misconceptions about an arm lift is that smaller is always better.

It isn’t.

My goal is not to create an unnaturally thin arm. A feminine upper arm should have a smooth, natural taper from the shoulder towards the elbow, while preserving appropriate soft tissue volume. Removing too much tissue can leave the arm looking skeletonised, disproportionate, or unnatural.

In patients who have undergone massive weight loss, the challenge is to remove excess skin while maintaining a balanced contour that complements the rest of the body.

This patient is shown 3 weeks after arm lift, so swelling is still expected and scar maturation is still in its early phase. The contour will continue to evolve over the coming months.

Every operation is individually planned based on the patient’s anatomy, skin quality, and aesthetic goals—not a one-size-fits-all approach.

✨NCTF Polyrevitalisation✨
(Popularly known as The Chanel Injection)

Not every aesthetic treatment is meant to dramatically change a face. Some treatments are simply meant to help the skin look healthier, fresher, and more rested over time.

This series documents the gradual progression following Session 1, Session 2, and Session 3 of treatment.
Session 1
Subtle hydration improvement with a slightly fresher and more rested appearance.
Session 2
More noticeable improvement in skin luminosity, reflectivity, and overall skin quality.
Session 3
Further refinement and continuation of overall skin revitalisation with a healthier-looking complexion.
The goal is not to create an artificial or overfilled appearance — but to support skin quality in a subtle and natural manner.

Results shown are individual outcomes following medically guided treatment and may vary between individuals.

No medical or aesthetic procedure can guarantee identical results.

A mommy makeover is often misunderstood as vanity — when in reality, it is a series of medically guided, informed decisions about a woman’s body after pregnancy.

It is not one procedure —
but a carefully planned combination of surgeries, tailored to your body, your goals, and your recovery capacity.

Every decision matters:
timing, safety, technique, and expectations.

All surgery carries inherent risks —
which is why proper planning, patient selection, and surgical judgement are essential.

🎙️ From my recent MSUMC MedTalk podcast segment on aesthetic surgery as medical care — not just beauty.

This is where medicine comes first — not beauty sales.

Sharing Ms Tessie’s experience as she returns for her follow-up after post–massive weight loss body contouring—this time continuing her journey with Glow ME+ — guided by Muya Essential Longevity Protocol.

What she is experiencing is not merely aesthetic improvement.

It is an investment—grounded in the science of regeneration, and designed for sustainable longevity.

Because true glow comes from within.
And beauty is always a reflection of health — skin included.

Glow ME+ is not designed for instant, temporary results—
it is a medically guided approach focused on restoring skin quality, supporting collagen integrity, and maintaining results over time.

Because in my practise, the goal is not to chase trends — but to build outcomes that last.

Disclaimer:
This is not a sponsored post. Ms Tessie underwent her treatments at standard professional fees. There were no discounts, no exchanges, and no paid collaborations involved in the creation of this content.

I do not engage in paid advertisements or incentivised patient features, as I believe that medical care—and the outcomes we share—should remain unbiased, ethical, and rooted in authenticity.

Every treatment is recommended based on clinical judgment, individual needs, and long-term wellbeing—not for sales and deals.

Thank you for trusting me. 💕

Important

All medical treatments carry inherent risks.
They should always be performed in an appropriate medical setting to ensure safety and minimise the risk of complications.

When considering any aesthetic procedure, ensure your provider is properly qualified:

1. A medical doctor registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC)
2. Holds Letter of Credentialing and Privileging (LCP) from the Ministry of Health (MOH)
3. If claiming to be a specialist — registered with the National Specialist Register (NSR)

Your safety should never be compromised for convenience, trends, or cost.

From Bali, with love 🤍🧚🏻

Thank you, Ms Tessie, for travelling all the way from Bali, Indonesia, and placing your trust in me as part of your transformation journey.

What makes this journey truly meaningful is not just the results—but the people we meet along the way.

Such a warm, genuine soul… it is always a joy to care for you.

Many patients come in thinking the external implant sizer will show their final result.

It doesn’t.

It’s a communication tool — not a surgical outcome.

Breast augmentation is not about choosing a cup size.
It’s about understanding your anatomy, your goals, and what can be achieved safely.

If you’re considering surgery, the most important step is a proper consultation — not just what you see in a mirror during a fitting.

“Just lose weight.”

Many patients with lipedema and lymphedema hear this for years.

But these conditions are not simply about body fat or lifestyle.

They are medical diseases involving abnormal fat distribution and lymphatic dysfunction.

During my training in Vienna, lipedema and lymphedema were treated daily. It was there that I saw how many patients around the world spend years being misunderstood before receiving the correct diagnosis.

One thing the public should understand:

Treating cosmetic fat is not the same as treating lipedema or lymphedema.

These conditions require specialized medical knowledge and careful surgical techniques that respect the lymphatic system.

March is Lymphedema Awareness Month.

Awareness matters.
Because patients deserve proper diagnosis, proper treatment, and dignity in care.

The Hype of the “Chanel” Injection

Despite its name, the “Chanel Injection” has no association with the luxury fashion brand.

It is a popular nickname for NCTF® 135 HA, a medical skin booster that gained international recognition for improving skin quality through cellular nutrition and dermal support.

As with any medical treatment, this procedure carries potential risks, even though the incidence of adverse events is low when performed correctly and under appropriate medical standards.

For this reason, it is essential that:
• The treatment is performed by a licensed and properly credentialed medical practitioner
• The product used is approved by the Medical Device Authority (MDA) and registered with the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA)
• Proper clinical assessment, documentation, and product traceability are in place

Any adverse event — however rare — must be recognised early, documented, and managed appropriately. This is how medical science progresses and how patient safety is optimised.

This treatment is not a beauty service.

It is a medical procedure, and it should be treated as such.

Understanding the science, limitations, risks vs benefits and medical responsibility behind a treatment is essential before deciding if it is appropriate for you.

A proper medical consultation allows this to be assessed in the safest manner possible with recommendations tailored individually.
